Science Fair – Tiana
For the past few weeks we having been creating projects for the science fair.
Me and my buddy Hunter created a project. Our project was about Caffeine and how it effects your energy. We found out that Caffeine has has a substance or drug that boosts your adrenaline which is a simulant kind of drug. we had to created slides that had our questions, Hypothesis, Method, and conclusion. Mine and hunters hypothesis was correct that there was a substance that boosts your adrenaline and our conclusion was that Caffeine is only unhealthy when you have too much. After we finished with the slides we had to put all of then on a science board. Mine and hunters theme was black and brown. We were behind but we ended up finishing on the last day. We also found six better alternatives than caffeine. These six better alternatives have the same effects only it is healthier. These six better alternative were
- Try Golden Milk.
- #2 Bring in the Natural Light.
- #3 Add Some Cold Water to Your Shower.
- #4 Sip on Some Peppermint Tea.
- #5 Try Chai Tea.
- #6 Blend Up An Energy-boosting Smoothie.
If you are addictive to any sort of caffeine try out these six better alternatives.
A topic that interests me is Vaping. there are lots of different opinions and beliefs about vaping. Some say it’s as bad as smoking, others say it helps with quitting smoking. It’s actually somewhere in the middle: vaping is not for non-smokers, but it has the potential to help smokers quit,there is unknown risks when it comes to vaping. Vaping hasn’t been around long enough to know the risks of long-term use, but we do know it’s less harmful than smoking.
. Vaping exposes less toxins than smoking but can cause the same damage over time. what i found interesting is that vapes can contain the same harmful chemicals as cleaning products and also that vapes contain nicotine that becomes very addictive. I found out that many underaged teens vape because of stress and pressure. Many vapes come in different flavors. People but mainly teens and children died of vaping because their lungs are not fully developed. Vaping could cause many issues with the body such as coughing, shortness of breath, eye irritation, headaches, dry and irritated mouth and nausea.
Another thing i found out is that vaping can cause fires when unintended when on charge. How ever many more fires and burn marks are caused by cigarettes.
